SparqU supports social impact organizations and entrepreneurs by providing STEAM-oriented workforce training, community events, and youth programs.

We make professional development that is diversity-relevant and fun! Our focus on WORKFORCE SKILLS, FINANCIAL LITERACY, CAREER AND COLLEGE PREPARATION, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP create lasting impact.

Every year, we serve at least 100 adults and youth from underserved communities who know little about high-demand, low-supply industries and be able to mentor, coach, and train them in successfully entering and completing an accelerated program, passing an industry-endorsed certified exam, and obtaining a mid-skill entry-level position, internship, or apprenticeship.
